Refund Policy

Our policy is all returns must be initiated by email to within 72 hours of purchase. ANY ORDERS CANCELLED AFTER THE 72 HOUR GRACE PERIOD ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% CANCELLATION FEE AS PRODUCTION BEGINS IMMEDIATELY ON YOUR ORDER.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returns must be in new and unused condition, The original box with all original tags and labels attached will be used to return the item. The shipping cost to return the item will be the responsibility of the customer. Please Note ‚óŹ A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $60.00. If we receive your return and discover that the item is used an additional 5% fee will be put in place. any modification done to the rack will not be eligible for returns. original shipping costs will not be refunded

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) when products have been assembled or damaged. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges/Damage Items
